Usually your item will be dispatched within 2 days, but on occasion especially over weekends and holidays it may take slightly longer. But all items will be dispatched within 5 days.

Mostly our items are handcrafted, but occasionally we sell other items that may not have been made by hand, but this will be stated in the item description

In most cases we can customise items, by adding names, changing colour schemes and changing other bits. Please contact us with any enquiries before purchasing the item.

Yes we can, we can try to make these pictures of any animal you want, we can also make engagement,wedding and names. Please contact us and we can discuss options.
